These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as ‘these Terms’) are formulated in accordance with the Law of HK and European Union's 《General Data Protection Regulation》 (GDPR), the European Union's 《Consumer Rights Directive》 (CRD), the United Kingdom's 《Consumer Rights Act 2015》, the United States' 《Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act》 (ESIGN), the United States' 《Fair Trade Act》, and relevant e-commerce regulations of European and American countries. They constitute the statutory rights and obligations agreement between this Site and Users concerning the use of this Site's services and the purchase of goods/services. By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any service on this website, the user is deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all provisions herein. These Terms shall immediately become legally binding upon both parties. Should the user disagree with these Terms, they must immediately cease accessing and using this website.

2. Users must provide accurate and valid delivery addresses and contact details. Should goods be returned or require redelivery due to incorrect addresses, absence of recipients, or invalid contact information, the associated logistics costs shall be borne by the user.
3. Transfer of Risk: For EU/UK regions, risk transfers from this site to the customer upon delivery to the specified address and acceptance by the customer (or their authorised representative), in accordance with the 《Consumer Rights Regulations》. For US regions, risk transfers upon handover to the logistics provider, under the 《Uniform Commercial Code》 (UCC). (Customers may separately agree alternative risk transfer points with this site.)
IV. Consumer Returns, Exchanges, and After-Sales Service (Compliant with HK/EU/US Consumer Protection Regulations)
These return and exchange rules strictly adhere to the EU's Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), the UK's Consumer Rights Act 2015, and the US Federal Trade Commission's Mail Order Rule, safeguarding users' statutory right of withdrawal and return/exchange rights.
1. Statutory Cooling-Off Period
(1) EU / UK Users: For goods sold online, users enjoy a 7-day no-reason cooling-off period. This period commences upon receipt of the goods. During this period, users may terminate the sales contract without providing reasons and incur no costs (excluding reasonable return shipping fees, except for customised goods, perishable/fragile items, sealed audio-visual products/software, etc., as specified on the product detail page).
(2) US Users: As there is no uniform federal regulation for no-reason returns in the US, this site adheres to a 7-day no-reason return/exchange policy while complying with specific consumer protection regulations in each state. Exclusions apply to customised items, foodstuffs, intimate apparel, etc.
2. Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
(1) Goods must remain brand new, unused, and unopened, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals intact;
(2) For returns/exchanges due to product defects (e.g., damage, flaws, functional faults), shipping costs shall be borne by this site. Users must provide photographic/video evidence of the defect;
(3) For returns/exchanges due to user error (e.g., incorrect order, dissatisfaction, incorrect address), all associated costs including shipping and customs clearance fees shall be borne by the user.
3. Returns and Exchanges Procedure: Users must submit a return/exchange request via our after-sales email or online customer service, providing the order number, product details, and proof of the issue. This site will review the application within {3-5} working days upon receipt. Upon approval, the return address and logistics instructions will be sent to the user. After the user completes the return, this site will process the refund within {7-10} working days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods (refunds will be processed via the original payment method, with the time taken for the refund to appear in the user's account subject to the rules of the payment institution).
4. After-Sales Service: This site provides {after-sales guarantees, such as: 1-year product warranty, replacement for damaged items, fault repairs, etc.}. The warranty period commences from the date the user receives the goods. Repair costs within the warranty scope shall be borne by this site, while costs exceeding the warranty period shall be borne by the user.

VIII. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
1. Governing Law
(1) Users in the Hong Kong: Law of HK
(2) Users in the European Union: Relevant EU regulations and the domestic law of the user's Member State shall apply;
(3) Users in the United Kingdom: UK domestic law shall apply;
(4) US Users: Governing law shall be US federal law and the state law of the user's state of residence;
(5) Other European and American Users: Governing law shall be the statutory jurisdiction law of the relevant region.
2. Dispute Resolution
(1) Any dispute arising between the user and this site concerning these terms, the use of this site's services, or transaction orders shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation within 30 days from the date the dispute arises;
(2) Legal proceedings may be instituted in the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, where the website operating entity is located;(3) Should negotiations fail, EU/UK Users may seek mediation through the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform or Citizens Advice in the UK, or may initiate legal proceedings in the competent court of the jurisdiction where the Site's operating entity is located or where the User resides;
(4) US Users may seek mediation through the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or their state's consumer protection agency, or initiate legal proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction;
(5) During dispute resolution, all other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect except for the disputed portion.
X. Miscellaneous Provisions
1. Section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation or legal validity of these Terms.
2. Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
3. Failure or delay by this Site in exercising any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right. Any single exercise of such right by this Site shall not preclude its subsequent exercise.
